Every day, as a whole unit, for 7 days straight. DMs are the main goal. If your DMs aren't going through, comments keep you active and still count.

How to tell we're moving in the right direction

DMs sent per dayGoal: 2,750 a day as a unit, 7 days in a row. The number that matters most.

Comments per dayGoal: 2,000 a day. When DMs get limited, comments keep the account and the outreach moving.

Days activeGoal: every employee/intern active 7 of 7 days. Consistency beats one big day.
